Thanks to all who attended the seminar and made it a success. The room was full of young singers as well as some family and partners who are so integral to the process. I hope I was able to let the younger singers know that a life in opera is possible and give the young professionals concrete practical information about exactly how they need to go about it in German theaters.
I will return to New York in the Spring for individual consultations, so keep tuned to OperGermany for details and registration. I will be adding discussion boards featuring feedback from singers actually auditioning, and new materials on terminology and contracts.
